1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms govern the use that you (the “User”) make of astranodes.io (the “Site”).
- Operator of the Site: ASTRA NODES
These terms do not govern the ongoing operator relationship (revenue splits, performance tiers, termination). Those conditions are agreed directly between you and Astra Nodes when your license is activated, and prevail over these terms in case of conflict. Nor do they govern your use of the Unetwork app, World Mobile Chain or any third-party service, which have their own terms.
By submitting the Request Access form you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and have legal capacity to contract. The program is not available in VoIP-restricted territories (currently UAE, Oman and China) or sanctioned regions (currently Iran, North Korea, Syria and Russia). Territory availability may change. You are responsible for verifying that operating a telecom verification node is lawful where you live before applying.
3. Earnings disclaimer
Any figures shown on the Site (e.g. measured earnings per device, potential active-task earnings) are measured examples from our own fleet or estimates clearly labelled as such — not promises. Actual earnings depend on your device, uptime, task availability, network demand, and your revenue split. Rewards may be paid in cryptocurrencies whose value is volatile; their value can go down as well as up, and tax treatment varies by country. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. DYOR.
4. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) submit false information or third-party data without authority; (b) interfere with the Site’s operation or security; (c) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, branding and code are owned by Astra Nodes. Unetwork, World Mobile and Minutes Network names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement.
6. Third-party services
Activating a license code requires creating an account with Unetwork in its app, under Unetwork’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to that relationship and are not responsible for the Unetwork app, World Mobile Chain, task availability, or reward rates set by the network.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Site, or the underlying network. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or expected earnings, or losses arising from third-party services or network changes.
8. Data protection
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always available at astranodes.io/terms with its last-updated date. Changes apply from publication.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona. The User may also use available consumer arbitration or mediation channels.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in force.
