1. Who we are
ASTRA NODES (“Astra Nodes”, “we”, “us”) operates the website astranodes.io (the “Site”) and the Unetwork license operator program described on it.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
2. What data we collect
Request Access form. When you apply for a license code we collect: email address (required), Telegram or Discord handle (optional), country, and device operating system.
Code dispensing. When a license code is reserved for you, we store your email address linked to the reserved code and its license identifier.
Operator relationship. If you go on to operate a license with us, we process your name or alias, contact email, device information (model, operating system), and the reward and payout records connected to your license (task type, amounts, timestamps, and pseudonymous network identifiers).
We do not collect special categories of data.
3. Purposes and legal bases

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions producing legal effects about you.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not communicate your personal data with third parties.
We may use service providers to operate the Site and deliver the service, such as website hosting. In any case, all service providers act as data processors on our behalf and have entered into agreements that comply with the obligations set forth in Article 28 of the GDPR.
If you activate a license code, you create an account directly with Unetwork (the node software provider) in its app. Unetwork is an independent controller of the data you provide to it — its own privacy policy applies. We do not transmit your form data to Unetwork; the link between you and a license is established when you sign in with your code.
We may also disclose data to public authorities where legally required.
5. International transfers
Your data is stored in the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where appropriate.
6. Retention
Your personal data will be stored until the fulfillment of the contractual relationship with Astra Nodes, after which it will be kept blocked only for as long as liabilities or legal obligations may arise from that relationship, and then deleted. If you request access but do not go on to activate a license, we will delete your data once your request lapses.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@astranodes.io.
8. Cookies
The public Site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies used are strictly necessary session cookies set when logging in to the private operator area.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The current version is always available at astranodes.io/privacy with its last-updated date. Material changes affecting active operators will be notified by email.
